“Tyler S. came out on Saturday of the Labor Day weekend as my 2 month old Trane compressor apparently shorted and failed. I was grateful to get such quick service on a holiday weekend. Tyler S was able to diagnose the issue, and found a new compressor, but due to it being late in the day and the supplier closed for the holiday weekend, I had to wait until today, Tuesday Sept 3. Tyler M came out early this morning and replace the compressor and other required parts. My units are on the roof of my 3 story townhome, and I know it must have been miserable out there, but he was pleasant the entire time. I greatly appreciate it – this is a brand new townhome and HVAC systems, and I realize my issue was an anomoly – I'm grateful that I have a 2nd unit, but I'm looking forward to the rest of my home cooling down.”

“A big thanks to Kameron S. who was in on the install of the new Trane unit today! He spent lots of time in that hot attic making sure everything was going to be perfect up there. He was able to spend a moment and greet my dogs who were greeting him. When he was there today I realized he had been there previously helping me with maintenance or maybe helping the previous unit so he will probably be back again someday for the maintenance. It's a guarantee that everyone that comes from Clear Air is kind and respectful.”
