What is an USA Membership Agreement?
No matter which tier you choose, your membership agreement consists of a regularly scheduled maintenance on your home’s heating and air conditioning system. Just like changing the oil in your car, your home’s total comfort system DOES need regular maintenance to keep it operating at peak efficiency and lower the risk of a major failure. With two visits a year, your unit will receive professional car ensuring that the air conditioner, heating, coil, drains, and thermostat are in operating order! All manufacturer warranties require that the system is properly maintained, and this will help ensure that it is!
