Peace Of Mind Before The First 110-Degree Day
A Phoenix air conditioner works harder and longer than one almost anywhere else in the country. The failures that cost the most are rarely sudden. A dirty coil, a clogged condensation line, or a struggling blower motor builds up over a season or two, quietly raising your power bill, and then gives out on the hottest week of the year.
There is also a detail buried in your paperwork that catches people off guard. Nearly every manufacturer’s warranty requires proof that the system has been properly maintained. Skip it long enough and you can lose coverage you already paid for.
Maintenance is also the cheapest thing we sell. A tune-up costs a fraction of a compressor, and it is the only visit where nothing has gone wrong yet. That is the whole point of it.
The Ultimate Savings Agreement is how we keep both of those problems off your plate.
Two Visits A Year, On Our Calendar Instead Of Yours
No matter which tier you choose, your membership covers regularly scheduled maintenance on your home’s heating and air conditioning system. Think of it the way you think about changing the oil in your car. On each of the two annual visits, a technician goes through the air conditioning side, the heating side, the coil, the drains, and the thermostat, and confirms everything is operating the way it should.
Choose The Tier That Fits Your Home

- 5 percent discount on repairs

USA Premium
$520 a year, or $44 a month for the first system. $350 for each additional system.- Everything in Pro
- 10 percent discount on repairs
- Two-year labor warranty
- Condenser coil cleaning
- Blower motor cleaning, with the blower wheel cleaned once a year in the spring
- Drain and flush on tank-style water heaters
The labor warranty covers non-serialized parts installed by Clear Air Conditioning & Heating.
Each additional system is priced lower than the first, so homes running two or three units are not paying full rate on every one. If you are not sure how many systems you have or which tier makes sense for the equipment you own, ask us. We would rather put you in Basic and have it fit than sell you Premium you do not need.
What A Membership Actually Buys You
- Fewer surprise breakdowns, because small problems get caught in the spring instead of July
- Lower energy bills, since a clean, correctly running system does not have to work as hard
- Priority service, so members move up the schedule when the calls stack up
- Warranty protection kept intact, with the maintenance record to prove it
- Repair discounts and labor coverage on the Pro and Premium tiers
- A technician who has seen your system before and knows its history
How To Join
Fill out the membership form on this page and we will take it from there. We schedule your first visit, keep track of when the next one is due, and reach out when it is time. There is nothing for you to remember and nothing to renew by hand.
For billing details, agreement length, and how cancellation works, give us a call and we will walk you through it before you sign anything.
There is no long sales conversation attached to this. Membership is a maintenance plan, not a commitment to buy equipment from us later, and it stands on its own whether you replace your system next year or in ten.
Two visits a year are a small thing to hand off. What you get back is a system that lasts longer, bills that behave, and a company that already knows your address when you call.
