He was very cognizant about taking care of things that were around when he climbed on the ladder and he’s very pleasant to work with. “I want to praise Gabriel and Thomas for their creativity, patience, perseverance and expertise in installing my heat pump water heater. They had to take out a recently installed heat pump air handler to fit the water heater into the same closet. I think they ran into a few other issues but they just kept plugging away. Thomas and Gabriel kept their cool — even in the scorching heat. Gabriel worked 14 hours straight.”
