He was very cognizant about taking care of things that were around when he climbed on the ladder and he’s very pleasant to work with. He was very thorough and checked everything and I appreciate him helping me by the way, so did the gentleman who came with him or whatever he helped us get one of the hatches open he also was very pleasant.
