Not only has he been consistently friendly, punctual, and thorough, but this time he was challenged with having a new baby at the house taking a nap during his service. Tyler made all the effort to be as quiet as possible to help keep my baby asleep. Despite needing to be in the attic right above my baby’s room. He was thoughtful and caring to give such effort. I appreciate that effort, and that’s what makes me continue to use Clear Air for all my service needs.”

“Tyler S. came out on Saturday of the Labor Day weekend as my 2 month old Trane compressor apparently shorted and failed. I was grateful to get such quick service on a holiday weekend. Tyler S was able to diagnose the issue, and found a new compressor, but due to it being late in the day and the supplier closed for the holiday weekend, I had to wait until today, Tuesday Sept 3. Tyler M came out early this morning and replace the compressor and other required parts. My units are on the roof of my 3 story townhome, and I know it must have been miserable out there, but he was pleasant the entire time. I greatly appreciate it – this is a brand new townhome and HVAC systems, and I realize my issue was an anomoly – I'm grateful that I have a 2nd unit, but I'm looking forward to the rest of my home cooling down.”

“A big thanks to Kameron S. who was in on the install of the new Trane unit today! He spent lots of time in that hot attic making sure everything was going to be perfect up there. He was able to spend a moment and greet my dogs who were greeting him. When he was there today I realized he had been there previously helping me with maintenance or maybe helping the previous unit so he will probably be back again someday for the maintenance. It's a guarantee that everyone that comes from Clear Air is kind and respectful.”
“Brock did a great job on installing my new Trane unit. He handled things efficiently and expertly! As always the job site was left clean and in great shape. Each step of the way he explained briefly the next step so I would know what was happening and how long. It really helped that when I was signing up for the maintenance plan. There are 3 tiers and he helped me pick the one that was best for what I needed with a new unit. I really appreciate Brock and also I have never been disappointed with any of the kind and knowledgeable employees at Clear Air. Brock will be back for a follow up visit in 2-3 months to make sure everything is running the best possible way!”

He explained them to me and emailed me all that was discussed so I could reflect. He let me email and text even though it was a holiday. On installation day he was there to help with the install ! I feel he truly cared about making everything great for me!”

“Unfortunately, we had to replace and install all new equipment as our A/C units were old and one had quit working completely.
The crew was very friendly, and helpful, they cleaned up after themselves.
They came back to do an install check couple weeks later and everything was running top-notch, they had a question about the noise of one of the systems and so they called into Trane tech-support and found out that it was fine. It was just noisy because of the length of the lead from the house to the A/C unit.
We were very impressed with Brock who is the sales person, Thomas, and all the others that accompanied in installing all the units; 2 AC units outside, 2 coils and 2 furnaces , and new wiring inside, as well as 2 thermostats inside. They assisted and made sure that we were able to get the thermostats connected to the phone app for easy use.
We would highly recommend the company, as well as their staff. They were very polite, they thought it would be a 7am-8:30 pm job, they were done by 4pm. Very impressed with their work ethics.
